The parking attendant was extremely rude. He was throwing a power tantrum. We didn't know parking was "valet" and his instruction was unclear
Deceptive pricing – hidden fees after you park This parking garage uses misleading and dishonest pricing to lure drivers in. The sign at the entrance clearly says “$28 flat daily fees”, but once you’re already parked, they quietly add a $10 oversize fee for vehicles over 5 feet tall. There is no mention of this fee on the sign, which makes it impossible for drivers to make an informed decision before entering. This is extremely misleading and feels intentional. Convenient and safe.
$26 for an hour. Way too much, I was in a crunch and needed to park.
Got the monthly pass, and it’s totally worth it. 24/7 parking, and most of the time it has valet service. The location is convenient, and there are never delays when I go to collect my car. They are very responsive on the phone and on email if I have questions or I need them to prepare my car for pickup. No complaints, I’d buy again.
