My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, the phone call operators are rarely to be seen or heard from. However , when they do appear , they are rude , obnoxious , and negative in every way. The products they “fix” come out worse than they were brought in. This company just takes donations , since you give them money for NO SERVICE AT ALL, AS MY MOWER IS STILL BROKEN. They deserve no ones hard earned money or time , please don’t take your business here.
