My partner and I came here just to get a blueberry pie. When we arrived the two pies in the case had berries leaking out of the top and didn't look fresh. When I asked for a large blueberry pie the gentleman grabbed a pie from the rack and went to box it. As he did, the lady next to him gave him a disapproving look which made him put the pie back on the rack. Blueberry pie was amazing. Worth the hype. It was sweet and flaky with exotic flavors.
We got our wedding cake from Two Fat Cats -- it was incredible! We were able to try the cakes in advance - they offer 3" adorable mini cakes which was so much better than just trying a slice! They were very easy to work with, I spoke mostly with Julia via email. Any time I called the store, they were helpful and knew exactly why I was calling. Would recommend! Can't wait to try more baked goods from there.
Try wild blueberry pie…. simple place off the beaten tourist track, they open early in the morning, very nice made-up tables with many cookbooks to read, I've already been back, coffee and pie, the best in Portland city
