The boy serving tables is brilliant. He’s friendly, professional, and always makes you feel welcome. Drinks are perfect every time and he keeps great energy. Definitely makes the experience better!
Went for my friends birthday last Saturday and was highly disappointed. The boy host who was sorting tables had an attitude and when we told him about our booking was actively uninterested and said there was nothing there. Once we got sat he came over to take drinks orders and while someone in our party asked if she could order separately he got a major attitude and said “It’s not my problem you can go to the bar yourselves”. I booked a day before the visit. In the morning I called and asked again, whether our reservation was definitely there, also on the phone they told me that you have food, I asked again. We arrived at the appointed time, our reservation was not there, although I had a confirmation by email.
