These guys are the absolute best! They are magicians! I was stranded they came, they diagnosed, got me to the shop and got me back on the road in an hour with a new starter! I cannot say enough good things about them! Go to Docs they’ll take care of you!
Hi So I went in with 2001 dodge ram 1500 hard start problems.Thinking great reviews are good so I'll give it a try. $1300 bucks later same issues they replaced fuel injectors. I then had them drive it back to office to try and fix no go they couldnt fix. I then replaced the oil sending switch after he said it could cause it why they didn't who knows.$50 more dollars later. I've called back a couple times trying to resolve but get put on hold nor has anyone call me back to check on issues.or even a follow up. So I'm trying a ... read more
Mike and his team fit us in and fixed our window emergency problem (not rolling back up) despite their busy schedule. We were tourists visiting Astoria and needed this emergency fix. Everyone was professional, courteous, and kind. Pricing was very reasonable. We are very thankful for what they did in a time of dire need!
Big shout out to Doc's, needed a repair while kids were on spring break, got them in and back on the road same day. What a relief to know there are fellow mechanics out there still helping people in their time of need.
