If the resort manager is also the only source of security on the property you have created a very unsafe environment for your guests. We were kicked out of the reserved tub by a male guest who stated "call mangement I don't care" This situation was handled inappropriately, with minimal concern for our well-being. The manager showed disregrad for our plead for assistance , preferential treatment to the male guest, whom he identified by first name upon approach.
