Completely ghosted us and refused to send estimate after they came out… i contacted them 5 times with no response. I would have appreciated a more professional approach. If the job was too big or they were not interested, they could have politely said they weren’t able to take on the project right now. Ghosting a customer is incredibly rude and not good for word of mouth in our area…
Extremely happy with our experience using Two Brother’s! Communication was great from the beginning and through the entire project. I was impressed with how thoroughly they prepped before starting and then cleaned up and put all the furniture back in place. Besides just painting, I also had them install decorative molding on the walls and repair some areas where the drywall tape had bubbled. Everything turned out exactly as I had envisioned! They built our deck and front porch this spring. I can not express how happy we were with their services! They were friendly and professional, and the work they performed was top-notch. I waited for a while after they built everything to male sure we didn't find problems later on, but nothing has warped out of place, and we love our new deck!
