A true representation of the nastiness in Canada’s auto industry. I can not fathom the 4+ rating. Their auto service revolves around taking advantage of their customers. I wouldn’t trust these people with fixing my bicycle. Just do yourself and your pocket a favour and look for another mechanic.
Unbelievable how unethical these guys are. I was introduced to them through a friend so I left my car at their shop to ONLY take a look at my break pads and I specifically told them to call me before doing any sort of work on my vehicle. After several hours and two follow-up calls, they gave me a ridiculous price and told me that they had already proceeded with changing my pads without my consent.
