Bad bedside manner. He had done a good job before he decided to laugh at me, a single woman in need of car repairs. I don't find that respectful, neither do I like him gossiping about me to people that know me. Saying he won't work for me just because I called him out on the insult. Not Christian behavior. Instead of asking for forgiveness for insulting me, he gossips about me. Look for another friendlier mechanic, you do not need to be insulted.
JC is awesome. My truck needed many major repairs and he fixed it in 3 days. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had me rolling again. I've referred many friends and family to him and he's always done a great job. He is fair and transparent about pricing, and very affordable. His work is top notch. I've been going to JC for over 15 years and he's worked on all 4 of my cars when they needed it. I trust no one but JC to work on my vehicles.
