Very disappointed in the return policy. I bought a L rug for my front door and it was just to big so I decided to go back and exchange it for a M size rug. They said it was a final sale because it is considered as a "furniture" sale. Nothing was mentioned when I was cashing out this was a final sale and also it said nothing about it on the receipt. The rug was also $50 dollars that will now go to waste. Very disappointed and can't see myself coming back

Beyond helpful staff and always friendly. This shop is far better than any others in the area. I bring our rescue dog in all the time to pick out toys, food or even to just ask questions. They offer classes and events on a regular basis and you can tell they really care about the animals.

We went in looking for a harness for our Yorkie and the staff was so knowledgable and nice! Everything is reasonably priced and it's the cutest little pet shop I've ever seen!
