Received Valentine’s Day flowers that are half dead
Two Blooms & A Bud advertises being a premier florist delivery service, but their execution falls far short of expectations. When placing an order for a specific flower arrangement, one would reasonably expect to receive something at least similar to what was advertised. This was not the case with a recent order placed, and when confronted, the company hid behind a vague substitution policy to excuse the discrepancy. Bought the pink Bouquet and received the other ones instead. Asked the owner and was told she made changed due to shortages which is understandable but that is not even remotely what I ordered. I left an honest review and she sent me this nasty email back. I wouldn’t recommend buying flowers from this shop.
