We paid for the full service move that included packing, moving, and unpacking. When I was directing the movers where to place furniture, boxes, etc. one mover was cursing that items had to go upstairs to the second floor. When it came time to unpack, the same mover made it very clear that he was neither interested or willing to unpack. I felt uncomfortable having him in my home and accepted that I'd be unpacking without help. They made me sign off that I refused to accept assistance w/ unpacking.
