So within a couple days of having new pads and rotors installed I started hearing scraping, looked and it appeared that the clips were installed wrong and there was zero grease added anywhere. Had to wait to get new clips in because the ones installed were pretty bent. Finally got some time today to check it out. Clips were installed in a way that they reached in between the rotor and brake pad scratching the brand new rotor. Back clips were bent in riding the outer edge of rotor. Seth Salazar the owner. Started a motor swap for me. Never finished the job correctly. Doesn't know how to torque things down. Didn't install everything how it was before he messed with it. Missing parts. Blamed me for not providing said parts.
These guys were great! Showed up to my door and made it easy on my very busy day! Way better than waiting in a boring shop and was able to get things done around the house. They were quick and professional and pricing was good. Thanks for the laughs, until next time!
They no showed 2 appointments with 0 communication and now I can’t get ahold of them to return my keys. Next step I guess is to contact the police.
