I've been using A G Twitchett for over 18 years, they installed my original heating system and have serviced and maintained my boiler and heating ever since. They are first class, reliable, punctual, highly proficient and professional and in a couple of emergencies have responded very quickly. I would recommend them, and often have.

Rudi has been servicing our oil boiler for years and has always carried out the work on time at a very reasonable price. Recently our oil tank sprung a leak and were concerned that the 2000 litres would be lost. Called Rudi and he and his team turned up very quickly and saved the day. Pumped out the oil on the day and set up a temporary supply. A few days later he replaced the tank. Can't praise them enough and the bill was cheaper than we envisage. Highly recommend.

Rudi has been servicing a boiler I had in my previous home for several years even though he didn’t install it and was a “challenge” when installed. He’s always been professional and fair with his prices. He and his colleagues fitted a complete heating system and a walk in shower (including the rest of the plumbing and fittings) in the bathroom of my new home earlier this year and I couldn’t have wanted for a better job. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Waited 2 months, then would not do the job. Prima donna. Twitchet was recommended to me by a plumber I respect. So when I called them up, and was told the waiting time to service my mother's oil fired boiler was 2 months, I accepted that. However, when he arrived, after a cursory look at the 15 year old boiler, he said it was not running correctly and was too old for him to service.
