We experienced a 30-minute delay in service due to a single employee managing both the drive-thru and walk-up window. While the employee demonstrated exceptional effort, this staffing level is unacceptable for management or ownership to impose on any individual. The extended wait times led to widespread customer frustration, and regrettably, our order was incorrect.
