We’ve been regulars here for over two years and love the ice cream, but lately the service has been inconsistent. Sundaes are often smaller than usual, toppings skimpy, and mistakes (like nuts when we asked for none) aren’t fixed properly. What’s most disappointing is the argumentative attitude from staff instead of simply correcting the order. We’d love to see the customer service improve so this can go back to being our favorite weekly stop.
