This location is always horribly slow. Truly takes 25-30min in the drive thru every time we try to go here.
Terrible experience after a school concert. Went there to get a treat for all my kids and left very disappointed. They were out of cookie dough and their website is out of date, says they have smoothies but they don’t. The brownie topping is not brownie pieces, it’s an actual small cut of a brownie but it’s really hard and inedible. I ordered a coffee ice cream milkshake, I was given a chocolate milkshake which I’m allergic too. We will never return.
Just FYI to future customers -- This location does NOT use the clear cups with the logos. Instead this location uses some kind of cheap styrofoam and they are smaller in size compared to other Twistee Treats. They got my order wrong even though they charged me for the extra topping anyways. Also they don’t put the whipped cream and toppings on top of their Twirls, which has always been standard at every other Twistee Treat I've been to.
