My sister had her car sitting there for almost a month. She has two 2 year old boys, and recently lost her home. On top of this, her only vehicle stopped working. After the month was up, they charged her 50$ for a part but 500$ for labor. Insane. Very disappointed, and I can assure that my family and friends will not use this service again. After all the trials that life has thrown at her, these people decide to scam her with labor too.
Great service very nice staff
The slowest service I've ever seen! They have had my elderly parents only vehicle for 6 weeks to repair a radiator with very little to no updates other than "maybe today or tomorrow".I wouldnt take a vehicle there unless you dont need it back for a month or so.I urge you to find another service shop.
On my way to the NMLRA Nationals in Friendship, my gear shift in my old beat-up 2000 VW Beetle went out. I love that car, but my husband told me to scrap her immediately. I talked him into at least letting me have a mechanic take a look. I found Twisted Wrench and spoke with someone who got the Bug towed immediately, and fixed the problem for a price I haven't paid in over a decade!
