Horrible experience I run a business myself and I understand doing any kind of work is not free but at the end of the day communication is key and I took a hydraulic cylinder up there to get repaired. They gave me a quote which was 590$. They’re brand new Online for 300$ well before I dropped it off. I asked for any kind of payment or charges please let me know. I had a hydraulic leveling jack from my Class A rv started leaking fluid. I called Twisted Wire to see about replacing the seals as I looked at videos and such on-line and looked difficult. They said bring it in as that is what they do. I picked it up 1 week later. It worked fine as up and down until I put rv weight on it, and blew the lower seal. I called them to explain, and they said ti bring it back and they would make it right. Well they sure did, explained seal was bad or rolled it. Picked up 3 days later, reinstalled ... read more

Save yourself! They ruined the rod on two of mine! Costs $800 each to have American Hydraulics fix it! I’m definitely salty as hell!
