I went to The Twisted Vine for dinner, and the entire experience was amazing. From the service to the atmosphere, and especially the food, everything was fantastic! My personal favorite is the Bronx-style Chicken Parm — absolutely incredible! What I find most fascinating about The Twisted Vine is the history behind the place. Went to celebrate several special occasions. We were first ones there as it just opened. 2 women working. My wine was warm not really sure it was Chardonnay. Waited quite while for bread. Ordered off paper menu. Told waitress wanted lite garlic on seafood dish. Husband got filet. My dish was loaded w garlic. Husbands mashed potatoes cold. Received dessert. Not free for our occasions. No check as there was problem. Said I could look at computer after 10 min. Didn’t wait. She told me what the bill was. Very disappointed!!!
So good I went back the next night!! I went with friends for the spiritual night. The food was delicious and the event was fantastic!! My dinner was so good I had my husband come with me the next night for dinner. The owner is great. Gave us a tour and history of the building. Our food was delicious for the second night in a row. We will definitely continue to come back!!
Food was a disgrace! Service Terrible! The interior is so dirty. Look at the curtains from outside!!!!! We usually give a place 2 tries but this place is so bad we would never go back!!!! Paid bill and walked out were aftaid to eat the food!!!!
Our bartender Any was awesome...Will definitely be going back...
