I agree with Irene’s response. The owner is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I won’t go into detail because no response can fix poor treatment or change how customers are addressed. If you want a professional atmosphere, Touched by Caress LLC is where your money is well spent.

Owner greeted me with an extremely confrontational conversation, over a text message that stated I cannot push the appointment back further because I have plans tonight. I have never in my adult life seen anyone get offended by this. I’m flabbergasted. Thank you for the opportunity to support another business elsewhere.
