A+ EXPERIENCE a lot of spin bikes and multiple classes during the day starting at 5am. Very clean place
If attention to yoga detail is your goal, this is the home for you. Every class I have attended, I'm a beginner, I get lots of help with my form. Pose perfection equals getting the most out of your workout, and that makes me an appreciative member.
Lovely space and friendly, welcoming staff!
great instructors who meet you at your level; they will push you & challenge you but never force you to do something that isn’t in your practice that day variety of classes offered throughout the week so I feel I get a mix of cardio, strength training & yoga
