I contacted them for a clean two weeks out from my surgery as I won't be able to clean for the next few weeks. I asked to meet at my home so I could show what I would like and she agreed but never followed through. Then apologized and set up the initial clean for the date I asked. Knowing that I was going to have surgery I cleaned and deep cleaned my home already(which is an already clean home) and just needed/wanted my kitchen cleaned, bathrooms(refreshed so they smelt clean again), and floors. I have been using their services for at least a year now and they are so professional and organized. They have really good communication, usually confirming the night before of arrival time and updating if there are any hiccups in the scheduling. They also accommodate changes if you need a longer or shorter clean or if you are going on vacation. And the cleaning ladies do a wonderful job and are so kind to my animals when they visit. I trust them completely.
Twisted Sisters Services has been cleaning my house for 3+ years now and I'm looking forward to many more years! They've been with me before kids, after 1 kid, and now with 1 baby and a toddler. They've tweaked the services to meet my changing cleaning needs throughout the years and always do a fantastic job. They *just know* what to do!

Twisted sisters have been cleaning my house regularly for about a year. They are friendly, professional and great at what they do. They are great with my dogs. I love coming home to my house after it’s been cleaned by twisted sisters, it smells great and is squeaky clean for a very affordable price!
