Lovely salon with great atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Stylist knowledgeable and personable. She gave me exactly what I asked for.
My daughter wanted blue streaks in her hair for her 13th birthday. Mikayla did an amazingly awesome job. Gave her just what she wanted!
Very unfriendly and clearly not trying to get new business. I called and left a message requesting new customer appointment. A stylist texted back later in the day to ask when. I said flexible but morning is preference. No response. I called back the next day hoping to talk to someone but again had to leave a message. Salon texted back again and offered a couple late afternoon openings over next couple weeks. I said I need a morning time and never heard back at all. Third time’s a charm! After a few disappointing experiences at Urban Gypsy and Collective Beauty Salon & Med Spa, I’m so happy I found Kimberly at Twisted Sisters Salon. She is truly a master of her craft. Kimberly really listens, gives thoughtful advice, and is an absolute color expert.
