After reading the reviews I made an appointment at this salon and my experience is not nearly as great as everyone else’s. I needed a full on haircut. Not just a trim!! I showed her exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I had a video. I was in the chair for a little over 10 minutes . A week later, My hair looks choppy and unfinished. She took zero time to blend the layers. My appointment felt rushed and my haircut reflects that. My first time and last time this salon.
Getting your hair cut can sometimes be a daunting task. Especially for someone like myself, who hadn't had a real haircut beyond minor trims in about 6 years. But from the moment my girlfriend and I stepped into Twisted Scissors, Kathryn took care of us and made us feel at home. I only had to loosely describe what I wanted, and before I knew it, my expectations were blown away. I feel so much more confident with all of that dead weight off. Highly recommend! Not only did she come in on her day off for my hair emergency but she also made my hair look incredible! She was extremely sweet and took her time to explain what I needed to do to get my hair back to health for extensions. Wonderful salon!

Best salon in town! The owner is very professional and my hair always feels and looks amazing after. Don’t listen to the haters leaving reviews that’s NEVER even stepped foot in the salon!!! Like go to work 😂🫢
