I booked a haircut with a junior stylist while they had their summer promotion going on. The price was very reasonable, though I left pretty disappointed with the quality of my haircut. I am not sure if there was a miscommunication but I definitely did not get the result I asked for. It is just hair, and will grow back, but I did call the salon to (as politely as possible) express my concerns. Twisted Roots is the ONLY place I trust to touch my hair —period. They slay colours, blondes, & the Bellami extensions? Chef’s kiss. My hair went from damaged and hopeless to healthy and my goal hair. Megan didn’t just fix it, she made my hair goals a reality, & beyond. If you know, you know. Got a lovey head of foils from kaylie yesterday, she was quick with foils, my hair usually takes 5-6 hours with the amount of hair I have and I was very pleased. I will definitely be back 🥰 (my face may have said otherwise but I was happy with the results )
