Arrived in Old Fort with an enclosed trailer that had broken suspension. The folks at Twisted Rod were able to make the necessary repairs so that we could make the journey back to Georgia. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and by Monday mid-afternoon, it was fixed for a very reasonable price. So if you need tires or any other automotive repairs you will be in good hands at this shop.
Got us back up and running after an oil housing leak on our Kia so we could get home to FL. Great service, genuine people.
Best experience with a shop that I have ever had, hands down. We called and got a very accurate estimate on pricing right from the start. Everyone was super nice and explained everything when we dropped the car off, too. Once the parts arrived and the mechanic was able to examine our brakes, they recommended just the front getting done and again told us the price.
