I got some lashes done here that i wasn’t a fan of but the service was really good and the person who did my lashes was super friendly, it was my fault for not being vocal. I think any reasonable person knows to reach out to a business before leaving a poor review which i did. When i reached out to talk about my experience they were happy to offer me a fix for it and were very understanding and didn’t make me feel bad.
