Family owned and family operated
The business owner, Scott, is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and overall juvenile. I took my bike in to get the tires replaced at the beginning of October and was asked to pay up front because they could not afford to order the tires. I did and then proceeded to have to fight tooth and nail for nearly 2 months to get him to complete the task that should've taken a day or two at the most.
