I would rate zero stars if possible. Do not to go here! Website says don't take your phone to someone's house to get repaired, but this place is worse! No one was ever in the office. Had to go to little yellow trailer in the middle of what looked like a junk yard. Peter who is apparently "the boss" told me it would take an hour to fix, but ended up having to go back next day to pick up phones. He told me I'd get a phone call when ready, but never did. the quality of work is poor and the h.i.d kit that i purchased for 67 dollars is really a 30 dollar kit it is a garbage kit the ballast went out a day after i they installed it the shop is a mess and not well organized the customer service was just terrible. i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
Called Twisted Performance and was supposed to drop off vehicle to have service done. Upon arrive (30 min. drive) found the buiness open but no one home. The buiness next door to Twisted Performance told me the Manager would be out for a few hours and that I should come back in three hours.
