Recently toured Twisted Oaks by D.R. Horton and fell in love with the cali floor plan. They have 5 models to tour but well over 10 plans to fit your style & budget. They are very spacious and flows great for my family and entertaining.
I felt bullied to give earnest $ higher than I was comfortable with. 2/1/25 I gave them $4000, then told I had to sign all the paperwork that was on sales rep desk top computer which I could not see. Told I could read it after I sighed. There was a left side to sign and left side to initial. As I could not see let alone read I was told to tap and sales rep tapped on the right.
