AVOID PURCHASING PARTS AND CONSUMABLES ONLINE FROM TWISTED MOTO AT ALL COSTS, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I won’t go into detailed specifics but I have had an awful time with this company that has absolutely wasted my time and money. They delay their orders without properly communication to their customers. They send the wrong parts (multiple times), I’m a fool for trusting them. Please, if you read this, do not spend any time or energy interfacing with these clowns, you will have an awful time.
Unlike other shops saying we don't stock that size they actually ordered in what I wanted and got the job done on the day.
Well price service for my motorbike
Placed order for parts, heard nothing for a week. Chased them, they apologised and promised they'd send it express that day. Another week, no parts. I cancelled the order, they claimed to have refunded, but nothing in my account as yet. I'm in the market for a new Bear 650 - looks like I'll be going somewhere else. Avoid.
Recently had my bike serviced at Twisted Moto. Because I live a considerable distance from their premises, they picked the bike up, gave it a service and dropped it back to me. Brilliant!
