Ordered parts online over 13 days ago. Received no shipping info or correspondence. After waiting a week, I decided to call up and asked what's going on. I was then told over the phone that I'll get a call back later that day which I never received. I then called back a few days later asking where my parts are and was told there is none in stock and they have to order the parts from elsewhere and they should be arriving any day now. Since that call I still haven't heard anything or received any information about my order.
I bought a product from this store online. Very satisfied with purchase and online messages. Recommend Thomas and his shop for great service and reliability.
