Amazing service! These guys went above and beyond by collecting my motorcycle from home at no extra cost to fit new tyres to the Blackbird at the shop. A huge help thank you!
I have ordered from them a couple of times and both I had gotten great service. The second time, I had ordered the wrong part (fully my fault) and explained it to them asking for the correct part so I could order it through the website but they sent me the correct part right away instead without charging me anything. They are always responsive even via email which I really appreciate. I would love to visit the store someday for a service, thank you guys!
I had our two bikes serviced at Twisted Moto today, the team were professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. I'll definitely recommend and use their services in the future!
Decent service, very friendly people, took in an Interceptor for a chain and tires, my shifter position was adjusted and not reset before pickup making for a tricky ride home (really a nitpick though). Rims had some light scratches from changing tires. Looks like they overshot with a grinder when shortening my chain for fitment damaging a link and didn't replace it. I recently purchased a Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 from Twisted Moto Geelong West, and the whole experience has been outstanding. From the start, Tommy was a pleasure to deal with happy to chat all things Royal Enfield and motorbikes without any of that “commission breath” or pressure to make a sale. When it came time to pick up my bike, it was pouring rain.
