Not BBB accredited, He provided a diagnostic and misdiagnosed the vehicle, now I'm stuck paying someone else to FIX his mistake. Look somewhere else as we deserve better as a community and these uncertified mechanics wanting a quick buck are ridiculous!
Destroyed my engine block, lucus and Carroll told me that my vehicle just needed a tune up, they took my money and now I have misfire 3, 4 and 6 all because of lucus wanted quick money!
After calling a total of 4-5 car repair shops and getting the run around to have my car serviced, I was referred to Twisted Metal Car Repair from my Northside Hospital coworker! As soon as I texted them, this past Thursday, I received a immediate response from Carol, once I explained my cars issue, I was promptly scheduled for the following Monday (Today) and they arrived earlier than scheduled, which made it nice!
