This place is absolute trash and rude. I called in to try to bring my car in and I get it if they say they don’t like taking insurance claims, but you can’t even ask questions. A young lady originally picked up the phone and she was super nice, but unfortunately, seems unknowledgeable in certain aspects. I guess she got flustered with answering questions and put somebody else on the phone and he decides to hang up instead of service a potential customer. Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be tough, but I finally found one. They were honest, upfront about the repairs needed, and kept me informed throughout the process. My car is running better than ever. Thanks for the excellent service!
Great business who gets the job done right at first!!!!
Whatever you do don’t take anything to this shop. I spent over $12,000 to have a motor built and they didn’t torque the main caps so the motor windowed. They are the worst shop in the area. Don’t trust what he says. I also included screenshots where he flip flops his stance on what he didn’t do.
