Twisted Floors did a great job for us for a laundry room concrete floor. Tom and Dominic worked very hard during the 'polar vortex' when the weather outside was just bitter cold, and I never heard them complain at all. Highly recommend.
We absolutely love our garage floor. It turned out exactly as we had hoped. From the consultation with our rep to the day the crew came to do start and finish our project (all the same day) Twisted Floors delivered on their promise of making our badly pitted floor look brand new. Due to the pitch of the floor we received a call from the project manager recommending having the base sidewalls done as well. Twisted Floors did what I thought was impossible for a 53 year old concrete floor that was covered in carpet since the 80s. The polished concrete looks so incredible. And my commercial kitchen floor on the second floor was meticulously prepped for an epoxy coating system that turned out perfect. Trevin, the owner, is honest and does things right. I’m glad I went with them to do the floors in the future home of my chocolate company.
Poor followup on repairing of floor coating. Installed June 10 and 11th 2024. Filled out appropriate paperwork and paid invoice in full. December 16th have not received call or message to setup repair. Do not recommend based on failure to honor their warranty.
