I took my first Intro class about a month ago and have continued to go back week after week because of how amazing Charms is as an instructor! She really takes the time to get to know her students. I. Love. This. Place. Charms is the most welcoming human! Not only is she super knowledgeable and creative at her craft but she’s a compassionate teacher also. She so helpful in teaching all body types and modifying or challenging when needed. She meets everyone in the class where they are and does the best at encouraging what every body is able to do.
