My company has been working with Twisted Electric for a couple of years now. Melissa and Nick have been nothing short of amazing! Their donations have helped provide the local High School with necessities needed throughout the years. Twisted Electric gave me outstanding service - TWICE. A GFCI failed. Took a short while to find the defective florescent ballast that shorted in the workshop area and caused GFCI failure. A couple of days later ANOTHER GFCI failed on a different circuit. This time affecting freezers during the recent heatwave. Twisted Electric's quick response saved the day.
We'd originally scheduled for service with Twisted Electric in December 2025. When I called to confirm, it was discovered that due to a minor miscommunication we weren't added to their schedule for that day. Melissa immediately attempted to re-work routes to resolve the issue, but due to our plans for the day we were unable to get service. We rescheduled for 19-JAN-26. This place performed magic and I didn't even know I was invited to a show. Kirk is an amazing and very kind gentleman who absolutely blew my mind. He is a gem to the business and very professional. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and I am so used to contractors coming in and taking their time so that they make more money and basically take advantage of situations so that they can charge you more.
