Poor advertising model
I recently bought a 2008 f-250 with a 6.4l powerstroke. They started off giving me a free diagnosis, and they were very informative about what issues they saw, and explanations for what the symptoms were. I had a bad engine and they were extremely flexible to schedule me in. They also did a great job recommending parts and did not charge additional labor to upgrade parts. I own a 1999 7.3 PStroke. Twisted diesel recently diagnosed a problem pertaining to my fuel delivery/performance upon starting cold crank/long crank problem that was misdiagnosed by other reputable field mechanics dating back to an original problem a little over a year ago.Conscientious techs/mechanics got it right with their diagnosis of the cause and performed the correct repairs.
