Took my 2025 Husqvarna 501 FE S, for an ECU flash and new pipe. There was a little miscommunication and told it was learning experience for someone new. So that wasn't great but aside from that my bike is great and I am very happy with the work done.
I sent them a Vortex ECU to tune, got it back three weeks later, and the bike won't run with it. I've tried to talk to Jamie for weeks to get help, but he's always too busy, and the girl answering the phone is clueless. I received no help whatsoever! What a waste of time and money! I can't believe this is how they treat customers when I thought they had such a good name in the business. It's been almost a week now waiting for a refund they keep promising!
Called yesterday (monday) about an ECU that wasn't shipped due to a custom tune being needed. Twisted made it right by overnighting me a blank ECU so I could make my dyno appoitment on thursday. Very much appreciated!
TD has top notch customer service to match their high quality products and services. Best in the business in my opinion and they treat you right.
