I love Twisted Cycle! I have been a member for over 3 years and still find the workouts both challenging and fun. The instructors are top notch and will demo the movements before class and ensure you are doing them correctly. The members are just as awesome and we always welcome new members!
Twisted Cycle has been something I look forward to every week. There is always something different to do and you walk away feeling like you actually worked out. 10/10 recommend! And the staff are all amazing!
