Love this place! Discovered it since i started competing in the Spartan Deka events, they host several a year as an affiliate and the set up is perfect. Cant wait for the next deka there. The staff is very encouraging and very accomodating. Always great to see them and be at their facilty. Give Deka a try or, even better try them out for a way to change your health, fitness, and mindset.

I love Twisted Cycle! I have been a member for over 3 years and still find the workouts both challenging and fun. The instructors are top notch and will demo the movements before class and ensure you are doing them correctly. The members are just as awesome and we always welcome new members!
