Great gym. Great trainers.
I’m so glad a friend recommended Twisted Cycle. I have finally found a gym where I actually want to attend classes. The staff is amazing, they are always making sure you are performing at your best. The routines change daily so you get to work on upper body, lower body, or total body. It’s truly the best gym I’ve been to!
Love this gym! The perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Pair the classes with their transformation nutrition and you will be in the best shape of your life!

This place is amazing ! The trainers really push you to do more and support you in any way ! I like twisted because I don’t have to think about what I need to do. The workouts are already setup and that makes my mornings easier.
