Brought my Harley in to get a new set of handle bars wired up and have some preventative maintenance done. The guys at Twisted Customs did a great job! Excellent communication and work was done in a timely fashion. Awesome experience and an awesome shop!! Ill definitely be bringing my bike back for any future needs!
Bike left with more issues than it came in with. Asked them to wire brake light, they took weeks and gave the bike back with the MIL (check engine) light on. Diagnosis was a bad ecu/electrical system and suggested I cut my losses and get another bike, as I would ‘always have electrical problems’. The actual issue was that they accidentally unplugged a MAP vacuum hose, which took 30 mins to find and fix. My clutch cable broke on a ride 2 hours from home. At 9:00 at night. A nice woman (also a rider), gave me their number. The guy there called around trying to find me one without success. He referred me to a place that made me a new one from scratch in 15 minutes. Saved me hundreds of dollars in towing fees to get my bike home. They went out of their way to help me get back on the road. 5 + stars for sure. Would highly recommend them over and over again.
I have a brand new Lifan KPV 150 scooter. I needed an oil change and an inspection so I called these guys and I talked to Josh. He told me that its not something that they can do but he went above and beyond to help me find a place that does. Not only did he refer me to a couple spots and give me their phone numbers, he also looked online for me. He also gave me a great piece of advice , which was something I never even thought of. LOVE THIS PLACE !! I was very impressed with the organizational layout of the business ! Multiple work stations, lots of "hands on", craftsman ! Everyone I interacted with, knew the workings of this location ! The powder coating on the display bikes were AMAZING !
