We booked the Open Range 39ft for the weekend and it was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids! Twisted Coastal RV made the entire process so easy. We booked it to stay with and close by to some other family at Pioneer RV Resort and from setup to checkout everything was so smooth. The RV was very clean and came with ample towels and linens for our group. It also included plenty of dishes, kitchenware and even some board games that came in handy when it was raining outside. This has been the easiest and coolest way to travel. Twisted Coastal people are totally easy going and knowledgeable about their work. They called us when there was a delay dropping off the rig due to low tide on the ferry. The gentleman who set up everything gave us a run down on how to work everything, (due to us never having been in an RV before) Our experience has been lovely.
Twisted Coastal RV folks are very professional and easy to work with. They replaced our toilet within 24 hours. Working with Kevin, Kayla and Eric made our dilemma of a non working toilet easy to overcome. Thank-you for your expertise and courtesy. You can’t go wrong with Twisted Coastal RV.
We had a water line come loose behind our refrigerator and so we had to turn our water off because we had water running everywhere. Called them 1st thing in the morning and they came right out and had it fixed in less than an hour! Very very reasonable pricing. The guys were very nice and helpful. This wasn’t a warranty issue, but we have some other things that need to be done that are and they will handle the warranty stuff for us. We will definitely be using them again.
