These guys are awesome!! Rolled into town Friday morning and as we’re turning into the rv park I see 1 of our RV tires racing past us. Picked it up and called Twisted Coastal. They came out and assessed our problem and had parts ready for install Saturday morning. Ended up getting the broken part replaced and a service down all the other 3 hubs. Super cool people and they did great work.
Twisted Coastal RV made everything so easy for us. We just had to show up and enjoy our 5 day stay on the beach. Our family of 6 had enough space to lounge around inside the RV. We didn’t have any issues. Everything worked perfectly and when we had questions they were quick to answer our calls and walk us through our issue. We will definitely be renting again.
Visiting Port Aransas in a motorhome and refrigerator acting up. Called Twisted Coastal to come and clean coils to see if it would help. Technician was wonderful! Polite and knowledgeable! Unfortunately the refrigerator needs to be replaced. They couldn’t do it with their busy schedule and us leaving in a couple of days. It you ever need Mobile RV work done here- call them! Kayla and her staff are the best!
We traveled to Port Aransas for a long weekend getaway. We did not anticipate issues while setting up for a three-night stay, who does? But we were having issues with our jack on our rig. I called Twisted Coastal RV, and they came to us to get us up back and running. They arrived in a timely manner, were professional to work with, and I would use them again if we had the need to. Thank you for going above and beyond, so we could relax and enjoy our vacation and not worry about a broken camper, I really appreciate y'all!
Emily’s RV was fully stocked with everything we needed to have a great bayside fishing & crabbing vacation in Rockport. She is very knowledgeable and always accessible during the stay. What other rental gives two stuffed bunnies to kids on Easter weekend. Making memories that last!!! Can’t wait to book another trip!
