Twisted Coastal RV made everything so easy for us. We just had to show up and enjoy our 5 day stay on the beach. Our family of 6 had enough space to lounge around inside the RV. We didn’t have any issues. Everything worked perfectly and when we had questions they were quick to answer our calls and walk us through our issue. We will definitely be renting again.
We rented a camper for a 4 night stay at Mustang Island State Park. The camper was setup by the time we arrived! Everything worked as advertised. We loved the pet friendly option being available because we brought our senior dog on her last big adventure with us. The communication from Emily during booking and the duration of our stay was amazing. Our family camps at Mustang Island yearly and we will definitely rebook with Twisted Coastal in the future!
I just want to share about the attention to a customer complaint we had and how truly above and beyond the owners went to not only fix the issues but brought accountability to their employee. Good customer service is what makes or breaks a company and I was deeply impressed on how the owners of Twisted Coastal dealt with the whole situation. We will definitely use them again to rent an RV. Definitely treated all involved with the utmost respect!! Thank you for shining bright in a dark world!!
Top notch people, friendly service, they offer seafood boils on the beach. The RV's are clean and make your beach trip so enjoyable. I highly recommend twisted coastal RV for all your vacation needs!
We booked the Open Range 39ft for the weekend and it was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids! Twisted Coastal RV made the entire process so easy. We booked it to stay with and close by to some other family at Pioneer RV Resort and from setup to checkout everything was so smooth. The RV was very clean and came with ample towels and linens for our group. It also included plenty of dishes, kitchenware and even some board games that came in handy when it was raining outside.
