Twisted Aerial Fitness is my favorite way to workout! Coming into the studio 3 years ago, I have been so pleased with my progress resulting from the support of Jerlyn and the other excellent instructors. All of the instructors are certified and so encouraging! I feel safe knowing they are aware of how the movements work and are attentive to my physical capabilities. If you’re thinking of going, just do it! The studio is amazing, the instructors are great and there’s a wide variety of classes to take.
