Sarah is amazing. Not only did she help my shoulder but she found many other weak spots and body alignment issues that have really helped not only my Skating but my overall quality of life.
Sarah is phenomenal! She helped my husband when he was in a lot of pain. She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. I cannot recommend enough!

Sarah is great, she takes the time to carefully assess whatever issue you have. I feel like sometimes PTs rush things and treat patients generically, but that’s not the case at all with Sarah. She does an exhaustive examination to find the root cause of your problem and even though her calendar is pretty packed, I’ve never felt like she’s rushing me to get to the next patient. Amazing physical therapist. Very friendly and communicative. I definitely saw an improvement in my shoulder after a few sessions with Sarah. I was sent home with weekly exercises to strengthen and prevent future injuries.
