The blond lady working in the store was very disrespectful to me. I came in to ask a couple of questions and she shut me down and told me to leave immediately. Unfortunate to see this type of professionalism from such a store.
I am very impressed with Twist. Not only are the brands and selection great, the level of customer service is incredible! Highly recommend this store!
I live a few provinces away from BC. I called the shop today inquiring about an item. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful, sending me pictures, details and measurements of a sweater. She helped me chose what size would work for me. I bought it and Kaitlyn let me know it's been packed and will be shipped tomorrow. A big thank you!! Fantastic customer service. Looking forward to shopping at Twist Fashions again.
Absolutely fantastic shopping experience! I had been unsuccessfully looking for jeans for months, then I found Twist Fashions and the very helpful staff/owner. Immediately, upon walking in the store I knew I had come to the right place. I was able to describe what I was looking for and they found me multiple pairs to try, along with coordinating tops to match. Their suggestions were bang on and I left with jeans and a great feeling.
