Air condition broke. No one wanted to call us back but Bob at TwinTech did. House had an addition since last A/C unit and Bob and the team came up with a customized solution to do a better job than our last air conditioner. On time, and on budget. Would not trust anyone else with our HVAC.
Few homeowners know how much skill or experience each HVAC company’s technicians have. So some end up receiving poor installations. I contacted TwinTech in the middle of a heat wave, having received no response from an HVAC contractor I had used for several years. Bob responded the same day that I contacted TwinTech. Both Bob and Greg advised that the air conditioner I had was far too large for the square footage of my home and recommended a smaller unit, which would be far more efficient and cost-effective. They made arrangements to have it installed as soon as they could. Their prompt, professional and courteous service was such a relief.
