When I began to look for a new HVAC company to service our furnace after 20 years with our existing HVAC company, Twintech was recommended by a neighbour. I’m delighted to have called them. Greg, Bob and team at Twintech were great. I had furnace issues this winter. Concerns on the furnace were discovered in a routine checkup by Greg. When the issues became real 3-4 weeks later, the teams was very responsive and new furnace was installed. Greg and Bob took their time to properly troubleshoot, to explain to me the issues and options I have even adding considerations for future potential cooling options. They were referenced to me by a friend. I would certainly refer them to my friends.
Twintech gas has installed our new air conditioner, hot water tank and furnace. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was installed quickly and efficiently.
Greg has been so incredibly kind, helpful and patient with us over the past couple of years. When we first moved into our house, he walked us thru all the HVAC equipment, and when our old, condensate pump failed, he advised us on how to replace it ourselves over the phone, saving us on a service call. It’s rare nowadays to receive an exceptional level of customer service, but that’s exactly what we have become accustomed to with TwinTech. Cannot recommend them enough.
Woke up without heat this morning, but, no panic, I called and left a message for Twintech. I left my message about 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning, and Greg called me back within about 20 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later he was at our place fixing the furnace. Heat was soon restored, and Greg explained what had happened (condensation on a switch). We were very pleased by this excellent service and swift resolution to our problem. Can't recommend their service highly enough.
