Been here since 2017. They sent me a pre-qualified loan letter. I compared them to WSECU down the road (which i have 0 accounts at) and they beat them by over 4%! It seems my loyalty is not rewarded at twinstar. Im done with twinstar. Ill be switching to WSECU by January

I need to make an admittedly late payment on a loan with Twinstar. I'm over 30 days late because they locked me out of my account. I want to pay but they won't let me transfer money until I've paid on my loan. How do I do that when my account is locked? Twinstar is terrible.
