I can't access my deposited funds and I'm late on a bill now because of this, Twin star let you access it immediately. Peak is not better than twinstar, it's worse. Also they have AI generated answers instead of real people. Let's support humans not machines thank you.
Been here since 2017. They sent me a pre-qualified loan letter. I compared them to WSECU down the road (which i have 0 accounts at) and they beat them by over 4%! It seems my loyalty is not rewarded at twinstar. Im done with twinstar. Ill be switching to WSECU by January
