I've had great experiences here. Had to discuss a sensitive banking matter and the service was very professional
TwinStar ATM's have started charging a $2.50 fee for withdrawing cash! A credit union is not supposed to be driven by fees. I have closed my TwinStar account since they don't want to play nice with the credit union ATM network.
Best branch in town.
I've been using this branch for years and years. In the past 8 years alone, the entire staff is different. Every single employee I was close with, and those I never spoke with, is gone. It's nice to have a business banking experience with people who know you, and I've developed that somewhat with the existing staff, but still there is quite a bit of turnover in the tellers, although the ladies behind desks and in offices have been there for a few years at least.
