I've been a member since 2009. I haven't begun to have issues until this year. The customer service at the branches has certainly gone downhill. Don't bring any big deposits in, as you risk not being able to process them due to them failing to keep someone on shift at all times that can review and approve. Im starting to wish I never had a loan with this company they just sold out to another company and on top of it I paid 12 payments of $246.09 but some that's a little under $3000 I'm almost certain they just added $500 to the money I owe I could swear I was at $7000 as what I owed with twin star not trying to trip but I owed $9.999 and made 12 payments off 246.09 I don't see how I owe $7500 so if your from twinstar I would try to remember your exact total because I suspect foul play I read it peak has a 8 percent interest ra... read more
Used their ATM and paid a $3.00 fee. Went in to get change for $20. Was told I needed an account. Why do I need account? I just used your atm. Never coming back to this location again. Never recommending it either.
