Scammer. Do not use this company. I paid off a loan in full and they claimed that I still owe them $600 and reported it to the credit bureaus. I have disputed this fraud with the credit bureaus with proof of payment via my bank statements. Edit: I waited for over a month for my final payment to reflect on my credit report. Instead of reporting “paid in full”, they reported that I owe them $600.

I've been a member since 2009. I haven't begun to have issues until this year. The customer service at the branches has certainly gone downhill. Don't bring any big deposits in, as you risk not being able to process them due to them failing to keep someone on shift at all times that can review and approve.
