The staff is very nice and helpful
*Update* Now refusing to provide pay off balances to get off from under them as a lender. Quick to remind me that their convenience fee were still applicable though. They need to be investigated or shut down. Refuses to allow anything but linking a bank account for online payment options then charges a 20$ "convenience" fee to make a payment after leaving you on hold for 20+ minutes. This is a joke right? I'd give them negative star rating if I could.
